For over 30 years, Charlesgate Systems has served the greater Billerica area of Massachusetts with distinction. Family owned and operated, Charlesgate was started by Paul and Matt Vigeant while they lived on Charlesgate Road in Billerica MA. Since then the company has expanded to offices on Boston Rd in Billerica, employing many in the local area and creating much needed jobs. Charlesgate Systems takes enormous pride in our work and are dedicated to protecting our customers while providing them affordable service.

Background
Back in 1984, Paul Vigeant started his first alarm company in Chelmsford MA with little more than a truck and a DBA. Over the next 10 years, Paul built his business up from nothing and generated more sales revenue than any other local alarm company. His low prices, outstanding service and attention to his customers made referrals easy, and by simply asking for referrals he was able to generate dozens of new leads, then sales.
His son Matt starting working with his dad when he was a teenager and picked up the trade quickly. 20 years later, Matt is a master technician and President of Charlesgate Systems, running it with his father to this day.
